1. Requirements for the format of the document.

1.1. Notarised photocopy of the copy.

2. Steps for legalisation of the document and fees:

2.1. State fee for the Ministry of Justice

Documents issued in a foreign country.

1. Requirements for the format of the document:

1.1. The Apostille is required from countries that are members of the Hague Convention.

1.2. In cases where the document comes from a country that is not a member of the Hague Convention and Bulgaria does not have a bilateral agreement with, the legalization of the document is carried out according to strictly established rules (information from the head office of La Fit Trans Ltd.).

1.3. For North Macedonia, Romania and other countries with which Bulgaria has bilateral relations, the document can be legalized without an APOSTILLE only if it is not a medical document and not required for presentation before the Ministry of Health.

2.1. State fee for the Consular Department of the MFA - CR (depends on the type of order).

2.2. La Fit Trans Ltd. company fee for submitting the document to the Consular Department of the MFA (depends on the type of order).

2.3. Fee for translation of the document (depends on the type of order, complexity of the document and number of pages of the translated document).

* The total deadline is calculated according to the type of translation, order, delivery to/from an office and where the document is issued from.

* If necessary, after legalization, the document can be certified at the embassy of the country before it is to serve.

* When a document is legalized for Portugal, company and state fees are also charged for the Portuguese Embassy. Legalization at the Portuguese Embassy (for the translation only) is mandatory.
