La Fit Trans is a translation agency with years of experiance in offering translation services, services for legalization and certification of documents, as well as any related services.
The company's mission is to secure a full range of services related to the translation of documents and their preparation for leaglization throughout the country. For this purpose, the company has started building a network of representative offices.
La Fit Trans has implemented a new method of servicing, processing and providing services through a specialized centalized information system and client platform.
La Fit Trans offers translation of documents of varioous complexity, certified and official translations of documents, preparation of documents for legalization and certification, specialized translations, online translations and interpretations.
The company is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015-05 standards and is registered as data controller of personal data.
All documents are processed centrally and go through quality control in accordance with internationally accepted standards, which ensures the provision of high-quality services to the client.
La Fit Trans is certified under the internationally recognised standard ISO 17100, which encompasses the core processes for executing written translations, such as designating the translator, the technical and human resources for excuting the entire order and other aspects, necessary for providing high-quality translation services that meet the applicable specifications. Part of the applicable specifications are an aggregate of the established best practices, client specific requirements and the relevant sector's Code of Conduct, as well as the applicable regulations, ordinances, laws etc. The purpose of the standard is to establish a quality service, which the client will receive within the framework of recognized set of procedures. Certificate ISO 17100:2015-05 was acquired from the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization and the Austrian Standarts Plus Certification.
The company is certified under the internationally recognised standard EN ISO 9001:2008 from TÜV Austria regarding the implementation of an effective quality management system.
The Certificate's scope is provision of translation and interpretation services in the private and the public sector; specialized online tranlsations through management information system for translation services; official translations; certification, legalization and localising; consulting services on translations and interpretations; franchising.

Translation services
Translation agency La Fit Trans offers written translations, certified and official translations, specialized translations, interpretations, online translations and legalization of documents.
Translation of documents
La Fit Trans provides translation of documents from and into more than 50 languages. The company works with over 850 qualified translators with proven experience in translation services, most of which are certified (sworn) to execute translation of documents and other papers from Bulgarian into foreign languages and vice versa on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by the Directorate "Consular Affairs" to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The company offers translation of documents in different language pairs, both from Bulgarian into foreign language and vice versa and from foreign into foreign language.
La Fit Trans provides translation of documents prepared as official, certified or unofficial (without any certifications) translations depending on the translation's purpose.
Written translations are calculated on the basis of a translated page, which contains 1800 characters with the spaces, pursuant to the established practice in the Republic of Bulgaria.
When calculating the price of the translation, the company allocates the documents in four groups according to their complexity. We also offer different deadlines for executing the translation so that the final value of the services corresponds to the specific needs of the client.
The company has implemented a system for provision of written translation services according to EN ISO 17100:2015 standard, which encompasses the basic processes for executing written translations.
Legalization of documents
Depending on the manner in which the document was issued and in which country it will be used, La Fit Trans prepares the document for legalization (Apostille) in the respective administration. The company offers over 150 services for certification and legalization of documents in state administrations and embassies on the territory of the country.
The administrations, which carry out legalization of documents in the Republic of Bulgaria, are the Directorate "Consular Affairs" to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the regional administrations in Bulgaria, the National Center for Information and Documentation (NACID) and the Ministry of Justice.
Before the actual legalization could be carried out, an additional certification of the document, which precedes the legalization, may be necessary. After all respective certifications are placed on the document, the document is translated, edited, drawn up according to the requirements for preparing an official translation and is certified in the Directorate "Consular Affairs" to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
After the document has acquired all the necessary certifications, it can be used and will be valid before all institutions of the country, where it will serve.
La Fit Trans prepares and submits documents to all embassies and state administrations in the country.
Specialized translations
La Fit Trans provides specialized translations in different areas of business and technology. Translations of financial, medical, technical, legal and juridical texts are executed on a daily basis.
The company uses a specialized translation software SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional, which contributes to maintaining high quality and building translation memories for executing specialized translations.
Depending on the terminology used, a team of translators and editors with the respective knowledge and professional expertise is set up.
If necessary, additional text and graphic design can be provided as well translation in a specialized software.
Online translations
La Fit Trans has developed a client platform, which provides the clients with the opportunity to receive online translations at any time, anywhere in the world.
Beside submitting and receiving translations, the platform maintains multiple functionalities related to the specifics of servicing clients when providing translation and legalization services, for ex. specific information on translation and legalization.
New innovative method of servicing clients, which use translation and legalization services, was implemented through the client platform.
The platform enables the process to be entirely online - placing an order, payment and acceptance of the completed service, including legalization and certification.
Every client is able to register in the platform or to receive access to his own profile by the central office.
