Levels of processing an order for translation and/or legalization
When initiating the processing of a submitted order for translation and/or legalization, a La Fit Trans Central Office operator follows clearly defined rules and established practices that cover the following basic processes:
1. Familiarization with submitted documents for translation - covers review for specific terminology and classification of document group type; cited laws, regulations, ordinances, etc.; need for specific formatting of text, and the like.
2. In the case of legalization - checking the requirements for legalization depending on where the document is needed for.
3. Getting to know and describing the client's specific requirements, if any.
4. Selection of a translator or a team of translators to carry out the order.
5. In the case of legalization, preparation for submission for attestation and/or legalization depending on the requirements of the relevant administration.
6. Upon receiving the completed translation, the same shall be edited by an editor and/or specialist editor in the specified field.
7. Upon receipt of the legalized documents - review of the endorsements.
8. Review and completion of all services of the order.
An integral part of the processes described above is the periodic monitoring of performance and, if necessary, correcting and assisting with assigned actions.
