1. Requirements for the document's format
1.1. The original document must include an outgoing reference number and date; two signatures and the bank’s original stamp (the signatories must have registered specimen signatures with the Bulgarian National Bank).

2.3. Company fee for submitting the document to the Bulgarian National Bank.
2.4. State fee for the Directorate "Consular Relations" at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

Deadline for executing the order:
Translation – 48 hours (standard order); 24 hours (quick order); same day (express order)

Document issued in a foreign country
1. Requirements for the document’s format
1.1. Must bear an apostille if issued by a country that is a member of the Hague Convention (see question: “Which countries are members of the Hague Convention?”)
1.2. If the document is from a country that is not a member of the Hague Convention and does not have a bilateral agreement with Bulgaria, it must be issued in original hard copy with the original stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and a stamp from the Bulgarian embassy in the same country.
1.3. For countries such as North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, and others that have bilateral agreements with Bulgaria, the document may be legalized without an apostille (see question: “List of countries with which Bulgaria has signed bilateral agreements”).
