Written translation transfers content from a source language into a target language while preserving the meaning, tone and function of the original. The service covers personal and official documents, contracts, corporate materials, medical and technical texts, correspondence, presentations and other written content.
Each assignment is assessed according to the language pair, subject matter and intended use. Source legibility, specialist terms, names and abbreviations, file format, tables and required layout all affect the work. This initial review identifies the appropriate translator profile, delivery schedule and final format.
The translation preserves the relationships between headings, numbering, notes, annexes and cross-references. Names, dates, amounts, units and recurring concepts are checked consistently. When several related documents form one set, shared terminology is maintained so that all parts read as a coherent whole.
La Fit Trans's written-translation system is certified to ISO 17100:2015. The process includes the selection of a qualified translator, project management and an editorial review appropriate to the type and scope of the assignment. Quality control covers linguistic accuracy, completeness and the technical integrity of the finished file.
The completed translation may be supplied as an editable file, a PDF or a paper copy, with the original layout retained or adapted. Signature certification, notarisation, Apostille and legalisation are not automatic parts of every written translation; they are added only when required by the document's purpose. The La Fit Trans quotation presents translation, formatting and any applicable administrative services separately.
