Certified Translation

A certified translation may be needed when a translated document will be submitted officially. Common cases include civil status documents, diplomas, company documents, powers of attorney, declarations, medical documents and court or notarial documents.

The service includes translation of the document and certification of the translation according to the applicable requirements. If the document also needs legalization or apostille, the required steps are clarified before the order is executed.

A certified translation is not the same as notarization, apostille or legalization. The required procedure depends on the document, country and receiving institution and is confirmed before work starts.

2. The team reviews the document, language and purpose.
3. The required services are registered.
4. A proforma invoice is issued after confirmation.
5. After payment, the order is executed.
6. If an original is required, courier collection and return can be arranged.
