Translation from and into Macedonian

The Macedonian alphabet contains 31 letters and uses Cyrillic with several distinctive letter forms. They matter in names, addresses, institutions, positions and document titles, so the translation follows the official spelling in the source exactly.

Personal names may appear in Macedonian Cyrillic, in a Latin form or beside another language version. The translation compares these forms with the passport and related records so one recognisable spelling remains consistent throughout the file.
