An order for document translation or legalisation can be submitted online through my.lafit-trans.com or at a convenient La Fit Trans office. In both cases, the team first reviews the material and identifies the service appropriate to the document and its intended use.
An accurate assessment is supported by a legible copy of every page and attachment, the source and target languages, the country or organisation where the document will be used, the preferred deadline and the method of delivery. Instructions from the receiving authority, an earlier translation or an approved spelling of names may also accompany the enquiry.
For an online submission, the documents and service details are added to an enquiry in the client portal. After review, the quotation, clarifications and subsequent order status can be followed there. The online channel is also suitable when the client is away from a town with an office or is located outside Bulgaria.
At an office, clients may present electronic copies as well as originals or certified copies when the procedure requires them. If an apostille, legalisation or certified translation depends on a physical document, its delivery and return are arranged in advance; courier transport can also be coordinated.
Following the review, La Fit Trans sets out the scope of service, price, completion period and delivery method. The order is registered after the quotation and applicable payment have been confirmed. Translation, certification, apostille, legalisation and delivery therefore remain clearly separated according to the case instead of one process being applied to every document.
