An order for translation or legalisation of documents may be paid by bank transfer, at a La Fit Trans office or online by card. When completed documents are sent by courier, cash on delivery may also be arranged for some orders. The applicable method is stated when the quotation is confirmed.
At an office, payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer, while card payment at a physical POS terminal is also available at the central office. The payment method can therefore reflect the place where the order was submitted and the nature of the service.
A bank transfer uses the details supplied with the quotation or accounting document. Including the order, quotation or invoice number helps match the incoming amount to the correct service. Performance and handover follow the agreed terms and the recording of the payment.
For an online order, payment by debit or credit card is made through a virtual POS terminal in the client platform. The payment step is linked to the specific order, allowing the amount and payment reference to correspond to the quotation already confirmed.
Cash on delivery is agreed in advance when the completed order is sent by courier and this option applies. Courier service and any delivery or cash-on-delivery fees are separate from the price of translation and legalisation. La Fit Trans confirms the selected method before the order is performed or dispatched.
