Discounts on final translation or legalisation prices may be agreed for regular cooperation, larger volumes or a stable corporate flow of documents. Instead of applying one universal percentage, La Fit Trans prepares individual terms that reflect the actual profile of the orders.
The assessment considers language combinations, document type and complexity, volume, frequency and required deadlines. Repeated formats, approved terminology and planned series of similar materials support more predictable organisation and may be included in a more favourable pricing framework.
For corporate clients, the terms may cover price groups for translation, editing and certification, submission and delivery methods, coordination between departments and agreed invoicing. Each new order can then be assessed against clear prior rules while retaining the specifics of its language, document and deadline.
The discount is shown in the quotation before the order is placed. Administrative, notarial, government and courier fees may be separate from the translation price and do not always form part of a commercial discount. For legalisation, the scope also depends on the authorities and certifications required for the document.
The La Fit Trans team prepares an individual quotation after reviewing typical documents, languages, approximate monthly volume and the preferred workflow. This allows the commercial terms to remain competitive, practical and aligned with the organisation’s real requirements.
