Completed translation or legalisation services may be delivered electronically, collected from a La Fit Trans office or sent by courier. The chosen method is recorded in the quotation and depends on the type of order, the format of the completed translation and whether original documents have to be returned.
Standard written translations and other results intended for use as files can be supplied electronically. When an order includes a certified translation, apostille or legalisation, a scanned copy may be useful for review, but it does not replace the paper copy and originals if the receiving authority requires them.
Office collection is suitable for certified paper translations, originals and sets of related documents. The order is handed over after confirmation that it is ready, and the number of copies, attachments, certifications and documents being returned can be checked at collection.
Courier delivery allows the completed set to be sent to a specified address or courier office. The recipient, telephone number, address and contents of the shipment are confirmed before dispatch. Delivery time and cost are separate from the time and price of translation or legalisation and depend on the selected courier and destination.
La Fit Trans agrees the delivery method when the order is accepted and notifies the client when the service is complete. If the address, number of paper copies or handover method needs to change, the new arrangement is confirmed before dispatch or office collection.
