Translation Prices

One translation page contains 1,800 characters including spaces in the completed translation, not one physical page of the source document. Character volume can change between languages, so an electronic copy supports the initial assessment and the quotation identifies the applicable rate and expected volume.

Written translation rates reflect the language pair and direction, document group I-IV, number of translation pages, terminology, legibility, formatting and selected priority. Languages with separate “into the language” and “from the language” rows have a distinct rate for each direction.

The table covers written translation. Certified presentation, notarial certification, apostille, legalization, government or consular fees and delivery are outside the translation rate unless a line explicitly says otherwise. They are added separately only when required by the document.

The groups distinguish common levels of structure and terminology, from short certificates and civil records to contracts, medical, technical and other specialised texts. The specific document is assigned after review, with representative examples available on the general prices page.

Timing depends on the language pair, volume, complexity, source-file quality and available translator capacity. When certification or an administrative procedure is part of the order, its processing time is added separately to the translation schedule.

The three modes indicate different execution priority rather than one universal number of hours for every language and document. The actual deadline is confirmed in the quotation according to volume and availability; higher priority is offered only when quality can be maintained.

A certified translation combines the written-text rate with the required official presentation. Certification varies with the document and receiving authority, so translation and certification appear as separate quotation components.

The total comprises the number of translation pages at the applicable rate, VAT and only the additional services actually required. Complex layout, tables, illegible passages, specialised terminology, certification, apostille, legalization and delivery may appear as separate items.

A clear electronic copy establishes the language, direction, approximate volume, document group and need for official presentation. The preliminary assessment states the rate, expected number of translation pages and deadline; an original is needed only when a later procedure requires it.
