Express capacity is assessed against volume, language combination, specialist terminology, file quality and required layout. The service is best suited to short or moderately sized documents and is not an automatic promise for every text. Tables, handwritten notes, unclear stamps, complex annexes and uncommon language combinations can reduce the volume that can be handled safely in the available time.
The express window is shorter than the fast service of up to 24 hours and the longer standard schedule. A shorter deadline does not remove linguistic and editorial checking. If the volume allows several translators to work on the order, names and terminology are coordinated so that the document remains consistent.
“Working hours” are counted within the confirmed working schedule. An order accepted late in the day, during a weekend or on a public holiday receives a specific start and finish time according to team availability.
