A standard written translation order is completed within 2 working days when the volume and complexity of the particular material fit that schedule. The period begins after La Fit Trans has received the complete and legible source, clarified the language direction and intended use, received prepayment and confirmed the order in writing. The quotation states a specific delivery date.
The two-day service is suitable for individual documents and compact sets with a clear source. Actual capacity depends on the number of words or translation pages, specialist terminology, tables, handwritten notes, stamps and required layout. A larger project receives a deadline based on its total volume, with separately completed sections scheduled when the material permits.
Working days are counted within the confirmed working schedule. An order accepted late in the day, during a weekend or on a public holiday receives an explicit start and finish. Additional pages, a replacement source, or a change to the language or final format after acceptance may require a revised deadline.
The standard order leaves planned time for terminology preparation, translation, checking names, numbers and dates, and editorial review under the normal team schedule. The fast service of up to 24 hours and the express service of up to 8 working hours use priority capacity and are confirmed separately according to availability.
The two working days apply to the translation service. Translator-signature certification, notarisation, apostille, legalisation, processing by an authority and courier delivery have their own timings. When they form one order, the combined quotation distinguishes the translation deadline from the date on which the completed document set can be collected or delivered.
