Where the agreed project specification requires them, subject review, proofreading or a technical check of layout and file behaviour are added as separate activities.
Project management connects these roles into one controlled sequence. The coordinator distributes instructions and current files, monitors deadlines, manages questions for the client, protects the version intended for revision and confirms that accepted corrections have been implemented. Before delivery, final verification checks the agreed completeness, format, file names and delivery method.
