La Fit Trans introduced a unique for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria specialized centralized information system, specially developed for the needs of the company. The system contains the ability to handle all processes related to translation services and the preparation of documents for legalization.
Some of the system capacities are:
- Registration of translation and legalization orders;
- Taking translation and legalization orders from outsourced offices and clients (via our client platform);
- Order processing - assignment of various actions until all services in an order are completed (e. g. assigning a translation to a translator, editor, etc.);
- Storage of the source documents and the translations;
- Automatic issuance of all accounting documents - NRA approved sales management software;
- Customer platform - order placement, online payment, receiving the executed service, archive of translated documents, etc.;
- Translator profile - assigned and processed translations, payment archive, etc.;
- Courier profile - assigned and processed documents, payment archive, etc.;
- Franchise office profile - the system allows working with an unlimited number of offices that serve customers on-site.
