La Fit Trans’s centralised information system was developed to manage translation and document legalisation work in one connected environment. Each order has a dedicated record containing the request, scope, quotation, deadlines, responsible specialists and agreed delivery method. The office, project coordinator and client can therefore rely on consistent information instead of important details being scattered across separate messages.

An order may enter through the client platform or an office selected by the customer. Its record connects the source documents, language pair, country and purpose of use, required form of translation, any applicable certification or legalisation and the preferred schedule. The quotation and later agreed changes remain attached to the same project, making it possible to see how the scope was defined and which services were confirmed.

Work is organised by role. The coordinator assigns specific tasks to a translator, reviser, courier or office and follows their status against the overall deadline. Each participant receives the information and current files required for that activity. Versions, project notes and handovers between stages remain associated with the order, so amendments can be distinguished and responsibility stays clear throughout production.

Source documents, working translations, revised versions and final files are arranged within the same order record. The client platform supports service requests, quotation receipt, progress tracking, online payment when available and collection of the completed materials. Order history can also support later assignments involving related documents, recurring names or terminology that has already been established with the client.

The system links operational work with agreed prices, payments, delivery and the required payment and accounting documents. Translator, courier and partner-office profiles show assigned activities and their completion without creating parallel versions of the same order. This shared record is particularly valuable when translation, revision, certified copies, administrative handling and delivery form parts of one combined service.

Technology supports speed and traceability but does not replace professional judgement. La Fit Trans specialists still assess the documents, choose the appropriate team, control linguistic quality and determine the relevant administrative route. The centralised information system makes those actions visible as connected parts of an organised service and helps maintain consistent customer care regardless of how the order was submitted.
