How do I receive an online translation from an online order?

Receiving a completed written translation online

The completed translation is linked to the relevant service in the order and remains available in the client account. The electronic file is delivered separately from any certified paper copies or originals.

Once the written translation has been completed, its electronic file is published under the relevant service in the order at my.lafit-trans.com. This keeps the source document and the completed translation together without mixing them with files from another order.

Delivery starts from the client account. The individual order lists the requested services, and opening the selected service shows the files attached to it. The completed translation is separate from the uploaded source material and can be downloaded through the icon for the available file format.

The format of the completed file depends on the type of translation and the arrangement stated in the quotation. Where an order contains several documents, the translations may be assigned to separate services, making them easier to identify by document and language direction.

An online written translation is the electronic result of the requested service. It does not automatically replace a certified paper copy, a signed original or a document bearing an administrative certification when the receiving authority requires one. Those physical items are ordered and delivered separately under the agreed terms.

The client account keeps the order, files and correspondence in one place. If a file is missing, cannot be opened or differs from the agreed format, the enquiry remains linked to the particular order and can be followed by the La Fit Trans team.
