When an order is complete, the electronic translation file is published under the relevant service at my.lafit-trans.com. The account shows the ordered document, language direction and completed translation, keeping the result linked to the particular request rather than to a general collection of files.
If the service includes legalisation, an apostille or another certification, an electronic copy of the completed document set may also be made available in the account. It can show the translation and visible certifications, but it does not turn the physical original into an electronic document or automatically replace the paper version before every authority.
Delivery depends on the format agreed in the quotation. The completed electronic file opens from the selected service in the order, while the original, certified translation or apostilled document is collected from an office or sent by the requested courier service. Where several documents have been processed, they may be organised as separate services.
The requirements of the receiving authority determine whether an electronic copy is sufficient or whether the original bearing the relevant signatures, stamps and certifications must be presented. The delivery method is therefore clarified when the order is prepared and recorded in the service quotation.
The client account keeps the order files and correspondence together, while physical handover remains traceable through the selected office or courier. This provides convenient access to the electronic version without suggesting that the original legalised document exists only as a downloadable file.
