Legalization is charged per certification/apostille in a given state administration. A document may need to be certified in more than one administration.
In the case of legalization, the physical pages and the translated pages are irrelevant, except in cases where the document is to be certified by the Directorate-General of the National Police (e. g. Vehicle Ownership Certificate, Personal Identification Document, etc.).
