Which document should you send?
Customers send a legible copy of every page of the certificate issued in connection with the citizenship change. Its title, reference, date, issuing authority and cited decree determine how it should be identified and translated. If you only have a notification, a case-status record or an application, say so because those documents serve different purposes.
What does the certificate establish?
The certificate records a completed change in citizenship based on the relevant decree. It is not the application for release and does not replace other evidence that a foreign authority may request. The translation accurately retains the person, type of change, legal basis, decree number and date, and issuing-authority details.
What do we check before translation?
We compare names and previous spellings, date and place of birth, case or certificate number, decree details, effective date of the change, signatures, seal and attachments. An illegible field or inconsistent name is clarified in advance rather than completed by assumption.
How are names written in the target language?
Spelling is aligned with the certificate and with any identity document using the Latin alphabet that you provide. If documents show different transliterations, we flag the discrepancy before layout. This keeps the certificate linked to the correct person and consistent with the passport and records used in the receiving country.
Is an apostille or other authentication required?
Not in every case. The answer depends on the destination, receiving authority, form of the certificate and applicable international rules. A translation may be sufficient, while another case may require a certified translation, apostille or another authentication step. We confirm the sequence after reviewing the document and recipient instructions.
Can an electronically issued document be translated?
Yes, when the original electronic file is available and the electronic signature, validation data or verification method can be inspected. A cropped screen image is not enough if pages or formal elements are missing. The recipient may require the original file, a printout, a certified copy or a paper original.
Do you handle the citizenship-release procedure itself?
This service concerns document translation and preparation, not legal representation or the decision on an application. When assembling documents for the procedure, customers state that purpose clearly and provide the current checklist issued by the competent authority. We will distinguish documents requiring Bulgarian translation from those intended for use after the decree.
How do you receive an exact price and deadline?
Customers send the complete document and state the language, country, receiving authority, required date and number of copies. Customers include any written recipient instructions. The quotation reflects volume, complexity, certification and outside steps, while the time and fees of public authorities remain separate from the translation service.
