The Bulgarian NSSI issues different certificates and statements concerning insurance periods, insurable income, or paid and payable contributions. They are not one universal document and do not necessarily contain the same data. Translation therefore begins with the title, issuing unit and intended use of the actual certificate rather than a broad description in the enquiry.
Which NSSI document should you send?
Customers send every page of the certificate or statement that was actually issued. Its title may refer to service, income, insurance periods, contributions or another specific subject. We check the reference number, date, territorial division, legal basis and stated purpose so that the official title is not replaced by an inaccurate generic label.
Are service, income and contribution data the same?
No. Insurance service describes recognised periods and duration, insurable income records values for defined periods, and contribution data concerns amounts paid or due and their basis. One certificate may contain more than one type of information, but the translation preserves the separation between columns, periods, totals and administrative notes.
When is a certificate issued by the NSSI insurance archive?
The NSSI insurance archive may issue evidence from payroll and employment records deposited by a discontinued insurer without a legal successor. This does not mean that the NSSI issues every record of service or income. Depending on the period and available records, the employer, its successor or another competent body may be the correct issuer.
What is checked before translation?
We compare names and personal identifiers, the insurer’s registered name, periods, positions, type of insurance, income, contributions, working time, document number and date, signatures, seal and attachments. An illegible line, missing page or inconsistent period is clarified before layout rather than completed by assumption.
How are tables and official abbreviations translated?
The visible relationship between month, period, income, days and contributions is retained. Abbreviations are rendered according to their function in the certificate and, where useful, receive a clear explanation without altering the official entry. We do not recalculate amounts or service and do not merge rows separated by the issuer.
Is an apostille or other authentication required?
Not in every case. The requirement depends on the certificate type and format, destination country, receiving authority and applicable arrangements between states. A translation may be sufficient, a certified translation may be requested, or another administrative step may be needed. The route is set after review rather than promised as identical for every NSSI document.
Can an electronically issued certificate be used?
Yes, when the original electronic file is available and its signature or source can be verified. A cropped screen image is insufficient for assessment if pages, electronic signatures or attachments are missing. The recipient may separately require the electronic file, a printout, a certified copy or a paper original.
How do you receive an exact price and deadline?
Customers send a legible copy of the complete document and state the language, country, institution, requested date and number of copies. If the certificate has not yet been issued, explain what it must prove and where it will be submitted. The quotation covers the actual translation and preparation, while outside fees and processing times remain clearly separate.
