How is the correct route determined?
We check the issuing country, destination country, document type, issuer and actual recipient. Purpose, language, deadline and the required paper or electronic format also matter. We do not assume that every official document needs an apostille or that the same certification is accepted everywhere.
What is the difference between translation, certified translation and apostille?
A translation renders the content in another language. A certified translation adds the form of certification required for the particular case. An apostille does not certify translation quality; it authenticates the origin of a qualifying public document where the Convention applies between the relevant countries. These three services are not interchangeable.
When may legalisation be unnecessary?
The recipient may accept an ordinary or certified translation without further authentication of the document. A special regime applies to certain public documents circulating between European Union countries, and a bilateral treaty may also remove legalisation. Because these exceptions have a limited scope, we verify the exact document and receiving authority.
What should you send for an accurate quotation?
Customers send a legible copy of every page, attachment and stamp, and specify the language pair, country, receiving institution, preferred deadline and delivery method. Customers include any written instructions, template or message supplied by the recipient. This allows the translation, layout and authentication work to be defined from the outset.
How are foreign documents prepared for Bulgaria?
We first check how the document was authenticated in the issuing country and whether a convention, European regime or bilateral treaty applies. We then determine the suitable Bulgarian translation and the form accepted by the Bulgarian recipient. If pages are missing or names, dates or entries are unclear, we request clarification instead of guessing.
Can the order start from an electronic file?
Yes. A good scan is usually sufficient for assessment. For an electronically issued document, customers send the original file so that signatures, codes and verification features remain available. Before production we confirm whether the final recipient needs a paper original, certified copy, electronic document or a particular number of copies.
How are price and delivery time calculated?
The quotation reflects volume, language, complexity, tables and layout, source quality, required certifications and delivery method. External administrative fees and processing times are included only when applicable and confirmable. Customers send the documents through the online order form or bring them to a convenient office to receive a specific written proposal.
