The Bulgarian National Revenue Agency issues several certificates and copies with different functions. Here, the decisive elements are the heading identifying a certificate of declared data, the period and the circumstances actually reproduced by the revenue authority. Translation does not turn declared information into proof that no liabilities exist.
What does the certificate confirm?
It reproduces information submitted to or held by the NRA within the stated administrative service. The actual record may concern a person, company, period, income, tax or social-security circumstance, depending on the issued copy. Its heading and content are therefore translated together, without adding facts by assumption.
Who issued it and which form matters?
We identify the National Revenue Agency, the relevant territorial unit, outgoing reference, date and visible method of certification. Paper and electronic documents may carry different verification features. The translation follows the supplied original rather than a general description of NRA services.
Which details must match?
We compare personal or company names, national or foreigner numbers, unified company code or another identifier, address, period, declaration types, amounts, currency and notes where shown. Numbers and dates remain exact. Repeated data are rendered consistently across a related document set.
Is it the same as a declaration or a copy of one?
No. A declaration contains information submitted by the person, while a copy reproduces a particular filed document. The certificate is a separate administrative record issued by the NRA about declared data. A recipient may require one, the other or both, so these terms are not substituted.
Does it prove that liabilities are absent or tax was paid?
Not automatically. A certificate of the presence or absence of liabilities, a record of paid tax and contributions, and a tax-residence certificate serve different purposes. This document proves only what it expressly states. The translation preserves that distinction so it is not presented abroad with an incorrect function.
How is an electronic certificate handled?
Customers provide the original electronic document when it includes a digital signature, code, link or another verification method. This allows the issuer, integrity and date to be checked before the translation is formatted. A photo or printout is not described as an electronic original, and the acceptable medium is confirmed with the recipient.
Are legalization or an Apostille always required?
No. The form of issue, signature type, country of presentation and receiving institution's rules determine acceptable authentication. We do not apply one automatic sequence to every NRA document. The actual copy and the recipient's instructions are reviewed before a service is proposed.
How is an exact quotation prepared?
Customers send the certificate and state the country, language, institution, purpose and deadline. If the recipient also requires a declaration, copy, liability certificate or another tax document, customers include that instruction.
