The general page title does not determine the certificate's precise purpose. Military district offices issue certificates, official statements and other records based on the information available to them. The translation therefore follows the document's real heading, certifying wording and intended use rather than a standard assumption.
What can a military district office certify?
The document may state a period of military service, status in the reserve or voluntary reserve, grounds for discharge, or another fact recorded for military-registration purposes. It may also reproduce information that is no longer available in a military service book. Its function is established from the source text, not inferred from a general title.
Which details are checked before translation?
We check the holder's names and personal particulars, the stated period, dates, basis and type of service, rank or status where recorded, as well as the document number and date, issuer, signatory and seal. Names of units, structures and positions are rendered consistently throughout the submitted set.
Does the certificate replace a military service book?
Not in every case. A certificate may be requested when the service book has been lost or when the receiving authority requires a separate current record. Does the translation prove employment or insurance history?
The translation communicates what the certificate says; it does not change the document's legal function. Records of military service, employment activity, insured service and income are not automatically equivalent. If the recipient requests a separate record of employment or contributions, it should be identified as a separate document in the order.
When does the source document need further authentication?
The route depends on the exact issuing authority, document type, signature and destination-country rules. A certificate is not automatically sent through the same sequence of Bulgarian institutions in every case. We determine the applicable route after reviewing the current original or certified copy and the recipient's instructions.
Are an Apostille or legalization always required?
No single answer applies to every destination. The destination country, applicable international arrangements and the receiving authority's requirements determine whether authentication of the source is needed. An Apostille or other authentication, the translation and certification of the translation are separate steps and are quoted only when relevant.
What should be sent for an initial assessment?
Customers send legible colour images of all pages, reverse sides, attachments, signatures and seals. Customers state the language, destination country, receiving institution, purpose and desired submission date. Where a Latin-script spelling of the name is already established, customers include the official document in which that spelling appears.
How are price, timing and delivery agreed?
