Older Bulgarian records may bear a title equivalent to a certificate of an examination passed in a general-education subject not included in the secondary diploma. Documents issued under later rules may have a different official title and purpose depending on the examination. The translation therefore follows the certificate actually supplied and does not impose an obsolete title on a newer form.
## What does the certificate establish?
It records the result of a specified school examination in a document separate from the diploma. Depending on its date and legal basis, it may support higher-education admission, inclusion of a result in an educational record or submission to a foreign authority. It must not automatically be described as changing the diploma or having the same legal effect in every country.
## What should you send for review?
Customers send a clear copy of every page or the original electronic file. If the certificate refers to a diploma, examination record, order or another connected document, customers include it when available. Customers state the target language, country, receiving institution, required date and any written submission instructions they have received.
## Which details are checked before translation?
We compare the holder’s names and identifiers, school, subject, examination type, session and date, result in points and grade, certificate number and date, diploma reference, signatures and seal. Any grading scale is reproduced accurately; the grade is not converted to another system unless the recipient expressly requires a separate equivalency process.
## Who issues this document?
It is a school-education record. The issuer may be a school or another institution expressly authorised for the relevant form and examination. It is inaccurate to assume that every such certificate comes from an accredited university, so the title, issuer, date and issuing basis are identified before the service is planned.
## Is an apostille from NACID required?
NACID is the Bulgarian authority for apostilles on educational and certifying documents issued within the preschool, school and vocational-education systems. An apostille is prepared only when it applies to the destination and is requested by the recipient. Another case may require translation alone or a different authentication route.
## Can the certificate be submitted without the diploma?
That depends on its purpose. The certificate proves a particular examination, but a university, employer or authority may also request the diploma, supplement, transcript or recognition decision. We check the recipient’s list instead of treating the diploma as a compulsory attachment to every translation order.
## How is an electronic certificate handled?
Customers send the original file rather than only a screenshot. This permits inspection of the electronic signature, validation data, verification code and file integrity. We then confirm whether the deliverable should be an electronic translation, printout, certified copy or paper set.
## How do you obtain an exact quotation?
