A constitutive document sets out the basic rules of a particular company. Before quoting, the exact instrument, current version, signatures, annexes and receiving body are reviewed. ## Which corporate instrument is being submitted?
The document may be articles of association, a memorandum, charter, deed of incorporation or another instrument defined by the company’s jurisdiction and legal form. The route depends on the signature or certification, the countries involved and the recipient’s stated rule.
## How is a Bulgarian constitutive document prepared for use abroad?
The first question is whether the foreign recipient needs the governing instrument itself, a registry extract, a current-status certificate or a complete corporate pack. Translation and the required certified form are then defined, while notarial or administrative authentication is added only where applicable.
