Group I for standard document translation
Group I covers relatively short, standardised personal and certificate documents whose structure allows the translation to be assessed clearly in advance.

Group I is La Fit Trans’s internal category for assessing the complexity and volume of written translation. It does not indicate a document’s legal importance, is not a language group and does not replace an individual quotation. It usually covers short certificates and civil-status records with established fields and limited free text.
Typical Group I documents include civil marriage certificates, certificates of identity of names, certificates of marital status and family members, birth certificates, certificates of kinship and certificates concerning a Bulgarian citizen’s marriage abroad.
The group also commonly includes certificates of heirs, church marriage certificates, baptismal certificates, church divorce certificates, criminal record certificates, death certificates and documents with a comparable structure and translation complexity. The exact document name follows its actual issuer and content rather than a generic label.
A foreign equivalent may contain additional pages, multilingual fields, handwritten entries, complex seals, annexes or more free text. It is then assessed by its actual legible volume, terminology and layout, not merely by its general name. Language direction, deadline and file quality also influence the price calculation.
La Fit Trans reviews the complete digital copy and quotes translation, certified copies and applicable administrative services separately. Apostille, legalisation, notarisation, official and courier fees are not implied by Group I; they are added only when the document’s intended use requires them. The resulting quotation therefore reflects the actual document and its place of submission.
