An extract copy reproduces selected entries about employers, positions, periods and legal grounds rather than necessarily the entire employment record book. ## What does an extract copy from an employment record book certify?
The document reproduces a defined part of the employment history: one employer, a specified period, a sequence of positions or the records needed to prove service and professional experience. ## When is the paper employment record used and when is an electronic record used?
The Bulgarian paper employment record remains the source for service entered in it up to 1 June 2025. After that date, employment data are maintained in the Employment Register through unified electronic employment records. ## How is the copy prepared for official presentation?
